Jeremy Fack was a Starfleet engineer aboard the USS Prospect-A and a member of Special Operations during the late 2360s and early 2370s. He was also the youngest brother of Scott and Brian Fack.
Born in 1983, he, like his brother, was thrown into the future when the cryosatellite his body was on was thrown into the future by USS Voyager's journey from 1996 into the future. (Star Trek: The Prospect Chronicles)
