John Sill was the commanding officer of the USS Prospect and USS Prospect-A from 2365 until 2372, and a member of Starfleet Special Operations. Some of his high-risk missions included infiltrating the Tzenkethi Coalition to find missing Starfleet starships and tracking down wanted terrorist Yaghim Thau.
